Standard processing time is 3–5 business days. Ready-to-wear wigs require 5–7 business days to process. Custom-colored wigs may require an additional 2–5 business days. LOCAL PICKUP Pickup orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Same-day pickup is available for cash payments only. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a different product. Items are not eligible for exchange after 7 days.
